Animal Safari Week was a Hit, Again.

Here are just some of the activities that the kids were involved in:

• Bomb sniffing dog demonstration from Southwest Florida International Airport.
• The kids met "Radar" the airport dog that scares away birds from the runways.
• Pet first aid including CPR for dogs and cats.
• A visit to the Felids and Friends neighborhood to meet the critter residents.
• Dog obedience training.
• Dog agility skills and competition.
• A lecture on wildlife in Florida.
• Up and personal with snakes.
• A personal introduction to two wolves.
• A visit from two six week old cougars.
• A tour of Lee County Animal Services.
• Construction of a "Pet First Aid Kit".

Needless to say - the kids were busy.
